Approval of Minutes

·         There was a motion and a second to approve the minutes from March 18th as written. Approved.

Bond Update

Presenter: Truesdell

·         A link to bond measure information is located on the CCC external webpage, http://www2.clackamas.edu/bond/ as well as the internal link through myClackamas.

·         An FYI announcement dated March 31st has the link for the PDF “What May I Do At Election Time?”  http://www.clackamas.edu/fyi/

·         Pins handed out at today’s meeting are acceptable to wear on college time.  To obtain pins, bond flyers, and campaign materials contact Shelly Parini.

·         If you are asked a question about the bond measure that you can’t answer, you can contact Shelly Parini or any of the Bond Measure Steering Committee members for help.

ASG

·         Buzz With The Pres., 1/5 in the Community Center, 12-1 p.m.

·         Blood Drive on April 20th & 21st, sign up is at the ASG office.

·         Battle of the Bands on 4/29.

·         Planning is underway for Alcohol Awareness Week, with the big event on 5/25.
